Everything I wish I knew when I started.

I made this guide for a friend who was moving out of the state and needed something new to start fast. I made her this Canva presentation to try to help her get into real estate photography, and now I've decided to share it with everyone!

I have 10 years of experience with cameras as a wedding videographer, and I thought real estate photography was SO HARD. I tried to research it through YouTube, blog posts, books, etc. It just wasn't clicking to me. Then one day someone trained me and guided me.. and it is so much easier than I ever realized. It just takes someone spoon feeding you certain information.

So I wrote this guide with the questions I had in mind. The answers I personally couldn't find. So if you decide to purchase this I hope it will help you feel equipped to start making money doing real estate photography asap.

It will guide you on what gear to buy, how to use the gear, how to take the photos (composition, workflow, shot list) and how to outsource editing. Bonus: I share my editor with you!

This section is all about learning the art and technique of real estate photography — from understanding your gear to building confidence behind the camera. You’ll create your shooting system, learn to see like a professional, and set the foundation for every photo you’ll take moving forward.
